The City of Fountain Municipal Court will be relocating across the street from City Hall. Beginning June 1, 2026, all court services will be held at 101 N. Main Street, Suite 110.

Payment Options: 

- ONLINE: Pay online at municipalonlinepayments.com/fountainco .  Please note that there is a service fee for processing your payment online.  

- DROP BOX: Place your payment along with your citation number in an envelope and place it in the drop box located behind City Hall by the entrance.  DO NOT place CASH in the drop box.

- PHONE: To make your payment by phone call 866-301-6675.  Please note that there is a service fee for processing your payment over the phone

- MAIL: Make your check or money order payable to: Fountain Municipal Court and mail to Fountain Municipal Court, 116 S. Main Street, Fountain, CO  80817 and please be sure to include your citation number.

- IN PERSON:  The Fountain Municipal Court is Open Monday  – Friday (excluding Holidays and the weekends) from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.  COURT CLERKS PROCESS ACCEPT THE LAST PAYMENT UNTIL 4:00PM. NO EXCEPTIONS! 

  **ADDITIONAL FEES: A $45.00 FEE WILL BE ADDED TO ALL RETURNED CHECKS.

 REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL TIME TO PAY FINES AND COSTS:

·         If you cannot make full payment, you may request additional time to pay in person at the Court Office/ Violations Bureau.
